Against this development for safety and congestion’s reasons, amongst others.

Stop building and taking all our green away. Refurbish already standing closed buildings, houses, etc...

Just an awful idea. Such over crowding. Anything for contractors to make a buck!

As a long time resident of Milton, I strongly oppose building high-density town-homes in this area. The community does not want it plus the roads & schools can not support it.

I oppose this development for the reasons laid out in the petition. Milton should stand by the stated intent in the Milton Code, Chapter 64, Article XX (Deerfield Form Based Code) Article I (General ) 1.1 (Intent) g) That the quality-of-life in existing neighborhoods should be preserved and protected.

This not at all what Milton residents want. We moved to Milton because of the absence of this type of development!

Turning into an out of our neighborhood from Highway nine is already dangerous and this will only exacerbate that issue. That location is directly on a curve which has limited site lines and will pose an increased risk of accidents.

Keep the quality of life we enjoy in Milton. We are heading to citifying this beautiful area and it is unacceptable to residents here. We chose Milton for quality of life

This lot is way too small for 20 townhouses! Please do not allow this development be put between the much larger lots of Crooked Creek and 5 Acres.
