5 Acre Rd- 20 Townhouses

This development would destroy highway nine/ traffic etc…and the beautiful 5 acres neighborhood.

My family is very opposed to the development on Highway 9 and 5 Acre Road - this development is not in the spirit of Milton's Mission!!!

The scale of development doesn’t match reality of the plot available.

Development in this area should be paused ,at a minimum, while the GDOT Hwy 9 expansion plan and construction is completed.

I completely oppose and further building. Growth should occur slowing and not all at once.

My family would be against this project in any case, but especially given the road congestion we're about to get absolutely crushed by given how the Hwy 9 expansion has gone. This would increase traffic in an area that's already set to become the biggest bottleneck in roadway history.

No Environmental impact study? Moratorium December 2, 2024?

I am a 28 year resident of Five Acre Estates and oppose the development of this property as proposed by the developer.

I am a resident of the neighborhood. I take no issue with the development of the subject parcels, provided that they be developed in accordance with the existing development requirements and constraints.

Hwy 9 is already a mess. We do not need 20 more townhomes to slow down traffic.

This is ridiculous! This is a HOME community not a " complex" area.

Goes against what has been the rural and pristine nature of a neighborhood that has been maintained as such for over 40 yesrs!

Townhomes density building and clear cutting land is not the Milton way. Please do not allow this to move forward.
