I am a proud single mother of a wonferdul 8 year old boy and reside in Florida. I am an active executive board member of my son's school PTA, love children, and enjoy volunteering at the school.. I presently work from home so that I am able to bring my son to school every day, pick him up, and take him to any extra curricular activity. I have been in an ongoing custody battle with my son's father who does not favor the fact of me working from home. Recently, he and his wife filed injunctions on me for themselves and on behalf of my child. I still cannot comprehend how the state of Florida allowed the injunction on behalf of my son and his stepmother's to be temporarilty granted. NO EVIDENCE AT ALL!! I have just spent 9 hours in court, only to have the hearing continued. My son has been forced to be without his mother for THIRTEEN DAYS!! I have yet to be contacted by his court appointed Guardian At Litem that I requested at a previous hearing and/or a DCF worker based on their fabricated stories. The purpose of this petition is to BRING STINKY HOME!!!!!
