No affordable housing. Not needed. Keep Buford beautiful. No more construction.

R-100 is single-family district, NOT for apartments. The rezoning letters that City of Buford sent out was incorrect and misleading. I called the City and they confirmed that if this does not pass, there would not be apartments or townhomes built. This contradicts their letter. I love downtown Buford - the neighborhood, the shops, the restaurants, the ability to walk to places - but I do not support this. As homeowners, we need to come together and support what is one of our biggest investment, the value of our property. I also enjoy seeing the greenery that is currently in this lot of land. I would support single-family homes being built, but not affordable housing townhomes/apartments.
