The street can't handle that much traffic. We also don't want the traffic or the noise. It is a quiet street and neighborhood.

If they would route traffic in and out of south Lee street that would be one thing but they will force all of the traffic on our tiny streets and that’s not acceptable

The answer is NO. There are enough homes and residences in the area such that an apartment complex is not needed. Especially when we know the developers are not going to do anything to upgrade and improve the streets, the sidewalks, the lighting, the water, and sewer and the power for the affected areas.
