I wholeheartedly agree with the comments that have been put forward. I say enough is enough!! How many years do we have to breath in dirt, we can't enjoy the outdoors and the congestion problem with traffic is horrendous already. Where will they put 500 motor vehicles? Also we paid a lot of money for picturesque views -- we have been duped - by the developers and city hall. This is indeed bad planning. This also begs the question, why is it that these meetings re: zoning and proposed building is held during the day when most of us work - I know why, because then we will not be there to protest this idiotic proposal.

I believe the development of 42 Park Ln Rd will comprise the safety of residents and increase traffic congestion in the street !

I can't fathom how the proposed property will squeeze into such a small area. It will have a negative impact on so many people.

How about a little green space in this concrete jungle world. It is absolutely ridiculous have another building so close where you can look into each others space without using binoculars.

A line should be drawn as for how much can one buid in a given area. In this case it is clearly we are letting greed comes before the environment. This will bring down the Real Estate value and most important will bring down the quality of life in the neighbourhood.

Development is not in keeping with the size of the site and surrounding already developed properties.
