I opted to purchase in Etobicoke because its less congested, unobstructed views, quite, no traffic etc. So much for that!

I own a condo in this building and would find it very intrusive to have another high-rise building so very close to me. It would be disruptive in terms of privacy, traffic, dust, pollution as well as blocking sunlight and view. It would interfere with our enjoyment of the outside pool and cause congestion in the area.
