There is now way park lawn would be able to handle more traffic. This is poor planning on the city’s part. Safety would also be a huge concern.

I oppose the development - this should have been bought by the city to add green space - with first capital taking over christie and having all the other condos - sightline - shoadows - traffic is already bad enough - it sucks for the developer but this should turn to a park for residnets to also take pressure off the waterfront and be a link to the park on legion road

THEY NEED TO CONSIDER THE POSITION OF THE CONDO AS TO NOT IMPACT ON THE VIEW OF THE OTHER CONDOS AROUND

Too many high rises in one spot.

Too many cluster of high-rise towers will degrade the health of the neighbourhood, increase traffic and over use of the plumbing system because of so many high-rise building can increase displeasing odours. 42 park lawn should be no taller then 10 stories.

I recently bought a condo at west lake and will be moving in soon. This area will be to congested if such big building is built beside two other huge buildings. This should be a entertainment/retail/natural park area.

I disagree with development of 42 Park Lawn Rd. I purchased my unit with nice lake view and now should I look at the building instead?

I support the development at 42 Park Lawn. These seniors have nothing else better to do than protest.

This should be a better, more responsible, use of space and be turned into a park so that this area does not turn into the next liberty village where it is nothing but concrete....

The city has done nothing to improve what is already a unsafe condition on Park Lawn Road. It is extremely dangerous to exit our building and this added population will only lead to further opportunity for accidents. The street improvements should be addressed first!
