Further to Canonbury Management's release of "417 Wick Lane Tender Results for Section 20 Renovation Works", dated 12/01/2012, we, the undersigned, demand that Canonbury Management put the Section 20 process to an immediate halt until the RTM has carried out their own further investigations. Canonbury Management are not to appoint any of the listed contractors (Weatherite Services, Specialist Mechanical Services or Aramark Workplace Solutions), nor are Canonbury Management to carry out any further work related to the Section 20 process themselves, unless so instructed by the RTM upon receiving approval from the majority of leaseholders. Until any such instruction, we will not accept any additional service charge fees incurred by the Section 20 process.
