John Merzbacher was a Catholic School Teacher who raped more than a dozen of his students in the 70's both male & female. They are hearing a case to release him because his attorney did not tell him about a plea deal he could have taken. This man was sentenced to life. He has ruined several lives and even caused one of his victims to take his own life. We need to keep him behind bars where he belongs,so he cannot harm another child.
