Leave this family alone. It's her property and this is something special for her kid. How would you feel if someone was taking something away from your special needs child that made them happy. Selfish and insane to even have to sign a petition to try and stop something so minor.

I can’t believe you are going through this for landscaping your own yard with some hills so your sons can play and enjoy their childhood in their own yard. Bicycles make no noise at all. And with the beautiful plants surrounding the yard it looks natural. It disturbs we that the Town is bothering you when there are houses in the area that look like junk yards and not maintained.
