This should not be an issue if this track is on your property. Riding a bike as a kid was the highlight of my childhood.

This is clearly a special circumstance. Destroying a sick child's joy is the lowest. Allow the tiny track to give this child some sort of normalcy.

I had bike trails on my parents property growing up. Such a great way for kids to have fun.

I'm sorry this is something you even have to fight for. You should be able to accommodate the needs of your children however necessary within reason. I believe this is more than within reason and I'm happy to see your children are happy, active and safe in their own yard.

The neighbors have no problem . It's on land the owner has. It's a child riding a bike .
