I feel these three way stops are more dangerous than helpful, a speed bump or two would be far more effective and safer if your goal was to reduce speed

Stopsigns are unnecessary. Everyone still treats it as a traditional 2-way through, with one exit. 3 way stops with everyone unsure of what the other person is doing makes things tense, apprehensive, and prone to accident.
Putting speed warnings or bumps would decrease any on Raynham speeding.
