Please recognize that this common fund charge of 9% is a double charge for the same services that all of these injured Vets are paying for legal representation. The 30-40% average attourney fee is meant to cover all legal services and compensation for all legal representation, including the administration fees of the settlement administration group, who are doing the work on behalf of our legal representatives. Take the common fund fee from the attorney fees collected by attorneys. This amounts to theft from these claimants, who happen to be the ones who took the fight to the terrorists in response to 9/11. Why double charge injured Vets?
Return the money already collected in the common fund please, or risk a lawsuit. Thanks for doing the right thing.

Common benefit fund should have been covered by the lawyers as stated in the Judges orders. Theft needs justice
