I never agreed to double dipping. According to table 2 on page 8 of this new document. Funds will be taken out every year for administrative costs. Yet we are still going to be charged the extra 9% on top of that. !29% to admins costs!

Money cannot restore my husband’s hearing but he deserves the most compensation he can get. The lawyers do not. Please allow the money to go to the soldiers who lost their hearing.

The only lawyers that had to really do anything represented the original plaintiffs. The firms now are basically submitting paperwork that I gathered and sent them. No way they deserve this bonus money on top of their excessive cut.

Lawyers split during the time frame of the lawsuit and were able to take 38% of our pay and now another 9% was taken out of our settlement. That's not acceptable.
