It's ridiculos that they're raising rents significantly and taking away amenities. Do they not realize they're not the only option in the area?

Met my girlfriend at the coffee machine? Can we get 2? I am looking for a girlfriend. Seriously, the coffee machine should definitely stay. It is great to grab a cup after going to the gym or just to get out of the apt on a weekend morning.

Across the board, not a great showing for new management so far.

Can't open the door for residents; attitude from management; pool cues unavailable when you wanna play and flirt with dates; and no functional fire pit - I'm not here for any of it. Do better, Equity.

Equity is not in the business of managing luxury buildings nevermind LEED certified buildings such as 315 on A. For example, management has stated they will soon remove the plants from the lobby because no longer want to pay to water or maintain them.

not leaving a good taste in my mouth- first with towing cars, then rude doormen who refuse to help and are never there and , now removing amenities that were part of the buildings appeal... All to save a couple bucks. Poor first impression already

The coffee machine is an important part of many peoples' morning routines and provides a great option for those who prefer to remain sober on summer weekend nights. The removal of this amenity would be a major downgrade to the communal areas in the building.

I would think our rent raises are more than sufficient to keep the coffee machine around ...

It starts with the coffee machine. Then the gym goes. And finally they convert the lounge to a penthouse.

Little things like a coffee machine make workers feel valued. It's such a little thing, let them have their coffee and cocoa! :)
