part of the reason we pay more money is so we have a doorman that DOESN'T ignore us when we are standing there with 3 bags of groceries trying to unlock the door while they are watching their computer screen

Why do I live here rather than some other place in seaport? Free hot chocolate on the 20th floor. True story. I don't pay 4k a month for an average apartment experience.

Crazy that they'd do something like this. Saving a few grand a year after spending $130m to buy the building doesn't make sense.

Thanks Max! First they don't open the door for us, second they don't repair the TVs and now they take away the coffee machine.. Not impressed, Equity.

We definitely pay enough money and should be able to continue enjoying that coffee machine. That is one of the perks of living at a full service building like this. All of the competitors have one.
