I could not believe my eyes. this tyrant (mark lofton) is a disgrace to the many police officers, a disgrace to the people he served, he committed crimes aagainst the innocent in ways and mass volumes that I've never seen before. After learning of this through youtube. I watched one after another of this tyrant abusing citizens and his oath. anyone with any type of morals and dignity would come to the conclusion very quickly that this tryant is a criminal. His crimes must not go unanswered. As I watched more and more videos I felt so sorry these people he asulted. The mistreatment and bullying was blatantly done with the precision of years in the doing. It is my belief there was others who had knowledge of these wrong doings , his chiff, mayor ,and police jurors. These people should be held accountable for not protecting the citizens that swore a oath to protect. Some said officials was voted in bye these citizens to protect there community and failed them horribly. My heart truly goes out to the victims and there familys. There sacrifice for there loved ones in this story is heart felt. I comend you miss Catherine kockren you are the trure definitions of a patriot. Me and my entire family and friend will be signing this petition. Soon I want to hear of this man's arrest and watch him go to prison. Along with a few others. This element of willful and malicious intent by police officers within law enforcement agencies throughout the country needs to be addressed and dealt with swiftly and severely. These type of officers are running the lives of many. I speak from experience. And it's sad because before being hired by a new Agency, some of these individuals' past unlawful actions and troubling behaviors could easily be discovered if proper attention was given to their persinnel files and background info. Seems applicants at fast food joints undergo more thorough background checks than do police officers.

This so called police officer is a disgrace to honest cops. It is clear that he has no regard for the law or human rights. He has clearly abused his power as a law enforcement official. Please indict him.
