This man should go to prison! The countless civil and constitutional rights he violated is unexcuseable. The innocent peoples lives he has ruined and backed by county officials is appalling! Outrageous he was allowed to commit these crimes for as long as he did. He is a complete disgrace to the badge and the entire United States of America!

This crook gives bad cops a bad name! The people who will be looking into him are most likely just as crooked as he is. It's just the way the government works. There all crooks stealing your money and ruining people's lives. I'm signing this but I know it'll do no good. They will never do anything to this POS!!!
