I have a perfect driving record but yet he pulled me over one night to tell me the owner of the car (my exhusband) had an expire license. He had no reason to run my plates but did any way. I was very lucky that night because he nothing on me. I am scared to death to drive in Statham after dark.

This man is clearly unprofessional and dangerous. Not serving the public but harassing them and lying about his rediculus tests , even though he's too dumb to realise it's on video .

Why is it he only stops women in older vehicles on their way home from work.

Officers and city councilman should not be able to make a profit off citizens by falsely arresting them.

Use to visit a friend in this town, he said he had a run in with same officer and charged in same matter. Beware, and this officer needs to do some time like he tries to get innocent people to do..

Once loftin is terminated u better watch out city of Statham I'm coming after u next to get my money back for being falsely arrested. We can do it easy way or the hard way ur choice.

I was falsely accused and put in jail by barrow co I have no choice but to pay outrageous fines and comply. I'm a law abiding citizen with a stable life and career but I'm scared to death to speak out that's why I will remain anonymous

This guy is awful. Ive lived in Statham my whole life and remember when Rosco and Ines were the only cops in town and have watched our little town grow. I love my town but in the last year or so this officer has made it a scary place to live. I am scared to drive through my beautiful historical down town or tree lined back roads because of one officer. It is sad. So very very sad. Please get this guy and any like him out of our town. Make Statham safe and peaceful again.

Lack of training. Pure harassment of citizens for the sole purpose of improving your self record and revenue. The lengths of each test was too long, any normal person would have failed. This was a pure phishing exercise to find something . Not suitable to be a cop...maybe a clown instead.
