I've never interacted with officer Lofton but he has tried his methods in my mother and failed. He has also harrassed members of my family including vehicle searches after threats against the children.

Illegal traffic stops and fishing expedition went well over thirty minutes long. Lofton is unfit for duty as witnessed and presented by state's evidence in the best possible light.

He has broken his oath! He needs to be investigated (I think you have enough evidence) then be sent to jail. Bar him from any job that requires an oath.

That girl was fully compliant and passed every test . The county needs to reimburse her for her time and financial losses and fire that officer!

He is exactlly the same as the Criminal UT HP "Trooper of The Year" Lisa Steed. She was finally taken to court and fired.

Such a nice lady talking in a good manner and never even got rude. Answered all his questions. Even her personal ones. Explained well and he arrested her for no real cause. She told and showed him the reasons why is was having problems. Never look like she was under any influence or drugs what so ever. Acting like he the total law and judge. This guy shouldn't be an officer in any county. She should have sued this guy for false arrest and her husband as well.
