As a former LEO with extensive experience with individuals under the influence of alcohol/narcotics I observed in the posted dash cam video no indication what so ever of impairment by the female arrested. If this Officer has a pattern of this kind of arrest he needs terminated.

There is clearly something wrong with the officer it seemed like he already had an agenda before he pulled her over, he should not be allowed to have a gun badge & most importantly a taser. He should be fired and brought up on numerous charges .
