He needs to be fired before he costs the people of Statham some lawsuit money. Several videos of him making things up. I'll avoid Statham when ever I'm driving.

This Mother F ing cop has got to be looked at.He is out of control. I have seen him in to many videos using a doctor's thoughts instead of being a RIGOROUS POLICE OFFICER. Why doesn't his supervisor look at him,or the blood work when it comes back negative???
How much more evidence does the chief need that this cop is an ignorant law breaking dick

You should of got a Spanish speaking officer to give her the directions. I don't think she understood most of your Okie dialect , but it looks like she passed everything you asked her to do. You could not think of anything else for her to do, because she passed all your tests, so you decided to use your authority and bully her and arrest her. Shame on you, no the hell with you. You don't even deserve in your Title Mr. Dirty Cop

We arrived there at approximately 4:30 pm. As he drove up to the admitting entrance of the jail, he rolled down the passenger side window to announce my arrival to the two receiving officers.Immediately the female officer started waiving her arms and shouting "NO MORE- NO MORE ARRESTS FOR THE DAY WE'RE FULL" I was booked and charged. I got to place my my 1 phone call at around around 8:30 pm that evening. I called my husband, a former Jackson Co Sargent. He made bail arrangements and I was released at 10:30 pm that night. After hearing my story, and having known my husband, the bondsman told us that the same thing had happened to him in a neighboring town while he was on duty!
the very next morning I went to my doctor's office and had a full drug panel run. he results were negative. I retained an Athens attorney. we went to court in June and in september. my case was not tried as my blood test results had not been returned. Finally we went to court in October, the blood test results were back and they were negative. The county solicitor told my lawyer thqat she would drop the DUI charges and 1 of the running a stopsign charges but would charge me $175 for running the 2nd stop sign. I have document evidence (from a prior job as a transport driver) that I have driven through the area where those stop signs are located no less than 132 times in the prior 6 months. I am very familiar with that section off road and did not want to plead guilty to the running a stop sign charge. But both my lawyer and my husband said "take the deal because you don't know how the judge is going to rule." Here were 2 agents of the local court system telling me that neither of them trusted the local judicial system. So I acquiesced and payed my $175. and I now have a DUI arrest on my formally spotless record. Since May, I have had 3 job offers which I accepted but then was either called and told not to begin or, in one case, sent home upon arrival on my first day of work. I have been in t

On Monday, May 2nd at 1:30 pm while on way to an appointment with a urologist, I was also pulled over by Lofton who accused me of running 2 stop signs and driving under the influence. He berated me with incessant instructions and questions while repeated subjecting me to performing the field sobriety tests over and over again for over an hour. I was then handcuffed and placed in the patrol car while he searched my car and my belongings. After my car was towed away, he drove me to the EMS station on bethlehem rd and had them draw blood.he then proceeded to drive me to the Barrow co jail.
