Never agree to a field sobriety test . The tests are set up to produce a failing result and completely arbitrary in favor of the police to charge you with dui. Always refuse to participate in these types of self incrimination.

Since when can an idiot officer decide what prescriptions are under the DWI medicine for not being able to drive. This officer needs to be fired and charged with gross negligence of duties and made to pay all victims loss wages and attorney's fees.

This is the kind of officer that places other officers in danger. He has a complete disregard for the rule of law and seems to be either power-tripping or trying to make some type of "quota" for the city.

I believe he should be investigated and given the chance to defend himself just as everyone else had to defend themselves. I also believe he should be off the street until the investigation is complete.

I did not fight (twice wounded) tyrany and terrorisim for 20 to have terrrorists like this prowling our streets

This guy is an embarrassment to the Statham Police Department. I will never drive in that town again. He should be behind bars.
