I was falsely given a duo and the results were told to me I had meth in my system and I had been clean for months. He.told my wife that I had prior duo arrest and he needed me to go take test basically I was charged duo due to a past duo I had.

Someone like this should not be allowed to work in law enforcement. He is a liability to the community. His bad judgment and disregard for the law will eventually cost the city a lot of money.

Marc doesn't have a MD. There's no reason for the
Harassment. The stop got stupid after the license plate talk. THE abused woman should have just said I don't answer questions when he was pretending to be a Doctor. Never have seen anything this messed up. Marc needs extensive training or just fire the

Since last september, I've been pulled over 3x on 316 by Lofton. The last time Lofton pulled me over he didn't even turn his blue lights on until we crossed 53 headed up the hill before jackson trail. Lofton answered my question concerning the location of the stop and his response was " I can pull you over wherever I want !"

I'm scared for my wife to drive through this town. I will make sure she sticks to Hwy 316, and we will never buy groceries, gas, or anything else in the town.
