2nd Petition for investigation of Officer Marc Lofton, Statham Police Department

This guy is abusing his authority as a police officer. He is just arresting people because he feels like it. Why is he not disciplined after charges are dropped. He is ruining lives and costing people thousands with no consequences. It seems he prefers to falsely arrest women.

Disgraceful behavior by a peace officer.

I have been in law enforcement for 25 years this officer is a disgrace to the badge.

Clearly this officcer need to be removed and also he need to be envestgated.

This man should not have a badge. He is one who does not do any good to the community.

Put this cop in jail

This Police officer should be dismissed and all his arrests examined to see if he railroaded them also. According to the Supreme Court citizens do not have to submit to a field sobriety test. If the police chief or Mayor won't fire him then call the Governor of your state.no help from the Gov. call your Congressional Senators and House members and try to get a reporter from a local TV station and Newspaper. Then go for the bigger papers from the larger city's. Don't let this ahole get away with this. These kind of cops are the reason cops are being shot!

This cop is a disgrace and should be ashamed of himself. He obviously was bullied his whole life and is taking it out on innocent people. Infringing on the Constitutional rights of people.

This is exactly what kids do to each other in grade school. Now they call it Bullying. However this costs people a lot of money and sometimes their jobs.

Just because you can pass through the Police Academy doesn't mean they should issue you a weapon. There're plenty of other jobs on the police force that you can do.

This officer is a detriment to the force and WILL hurt somebody and expose tree department to unnecessary legal exposure.

This police officer must be investigated, the videos show a disturbing pattern of abuse at face value.

I think the chief of police should also be fired. based on what I have read, he is in on the take.
