This man should have never been put in a position of authority. It is abuse of authority, torture, harassment, and false arrest. Please indict this guy before he kills someone or puts another innocent person away.

Clowns like this give good officers a bad name. Believe me there are a lot of good officers that do not deserve to be in the same class as this clown trying to hide himself behind a badge. Sadly the city deserves the law suits for hiring this clown but the good officers do not deserve the same consideration as him!!!

As a member of th California Highway Patrol I am disgisted by this officers behavior. I watched him conduct FSTS a couple time. The subjects exhibited zero clues and this officer still made an arrest.

The odd line of questions by Lofton is disturbing. It is confusing why a supervisor would not suspend and or fire Lofton afrer reviewing this video tape. This is extremely disturbing behavior both Lofton and thr department. This had to be a very scary experience for this young man in the video on his way to work.

This dude had clearly turned to the dark side of the force, he needs a minimum of 2 years jail in main population so then the real punishment begins, I wish he would try to pull this on me, I'd smack the stuffing outta him that's why he only targets females

This is the problem with police officers today. They think they are above the law in which they serve. Marc lofton deserves to be put in jail for his crimes. That police department should be ashamed of how their officers act. They need to reevaluate the training process.

I've watched several videos of this clown and he deserves to not only be fired BUT to be charged with as many things as can be made to stick! Cops like him are the ones that get good cops shot! Indict him now!!
