2nd Petition for investigation of Officer Marc Lofton, Statham Police Department

This person doesn't deserve to wear the badge

The videos I've seen he's a road pirate he doesn't deserve to wear a badge like half of the cops in America.

I would like to know his purpose for doing what he did. And do he get some type of thrill doing those things to innocent citizens?

I've watched this police officer pull over people and say they was ether drunk driving or on.drugs. when in the video shows them pass the test he gave them. This cop needs to be fired and in prison for breaking the law himself. Very sad nothing has been done to stop him before now. The FBI needs investigate him & his police officers in his department. I've watched a dozen videos of him arresting perfectly sober people, he belongs behind bars why has he been given a pass by Statham PD? In my mind this makes the chief of police just as culpable.

I'm a retired LEO with an Associates degree in law enforcement, and have been certified in DUI enforcement. This officer moron is a complete rolling power trip! He is obviously intentionally railroading people! He should be investigated by the state and the Feds!

Marc Lofton needs to serve time for all the false arrest and false accusations of putting innocent people in jail for no other reason then to have another notch in his belt. I've watch these countless dash cam video from beginning to end of this man having innocent people jump through hoops and innocently they comply unaware of his true intention that no matter how well they perform. He would be arresting them falsely and still they would not resist. Marc Lofton needs to serves time.

I have watched a lot of arrests by this cop for DUI's and shake my head on alot of his calls. I think he is incorrect on the last two I have seen. Not everyone's body works the same as what he expects. I think he is out of line.
