As a man who wore a badge as a Military Police Officer, I do not say this lightly. This man should not only immediately be relieved of all duties as a law enforcement officer, but should face multiple criminal charges as well. It's clear to a trained officer that he is doing nothing but attempting to exceed his "goal" numbers. He is seen on a powertrip with multiple parties on youtube, clearly violating several civil liberties that all Americans have. As a trained officer, there are numerous occasions that Marc Lofton took civilians freedoms away when they were CLEARLY not under the influence of anything. This man has no business being an officer and frankly, it pisses me off to no end to see the abuse of power he represents to the public. Police these days have a bad enough reputation with their respective communities without officers like this giving the community just reason to hold ill will towards law enforcement. Officers took an oath to uphold and defend the Constitution.....this man has not. Remove his badge immediately and charge him with all applicable offenses!!

How can you claim he is anything but he revenue generating piece of trash when he rest cancer patients for taking their medication he needs to have his law enforcement credentials taking he is a typical piece of trash cop.

I would have at that point demanded that laffin take me directly to the nearest hospital for a blood and urine work up .Then they could release me from the hospital . if i were him. because he showed no signs of imperment i would of said to the cop, i want to see the breathalyzer reading right there. Firing this cop should be the least of his problems .All the lives he tried to ruin. He needs to be put on the
other side of a pair of cuffs and put in prison ,where they prisoner's will show him some love.I love good cops but thats a guy there, that decuse me.. The days of cops throwing people in jail because of revenue are over...Every citizen and cop should be camera up. I know i always will. .Methuen ma PD Lied and pulled some things on me who by the way I have been a model citizen all my life until a few of these guys who in my oppinion and other citiizens oppinion make excuses for the drug dealers and when called out they try turning the tables on me red flag. tried to criminalize me for standing up and doing whats right for my community. but it didnt fly .back fired on 5 of them. the brass ,So ive seen it first hand ive alway had 110% faith in Policing Again 99 % of Police do whats right But now because of Methuens lies and my treatment by them im down to about 90%. GOOD COPS SHOULD never ..Go to bat for the bad ones. i had gone to my MUNISAPALITY with the best of intentions 10yrs worth.They tried to make me out to be crazy for speeking out. I was bever so insulted in my life. I will alway stay the course. On the war on drug,......

I can't believe Marc Lofton (as well as Allen Johnston, Johnny Wood, the Statham City Council and everyone else who lied for him) is not in jail and being sued by everyone in Statham! This is so wrong!

Every single arrest this cop has made should be brought into question. All his testimony in every case he is ever been brought in on should be thrown out. He is a hostile and unreliable Witness.
