2nd Petition for investigation of Officer Marc Lofton, Statham Police Department

I am tired of officers acting like they are exempt from the law and clase arrest innocent people or kill for no reason. Crucify them

I'm not certain on legality but if alcohol is detected on a person under the age of 21, why would a public servant put a citizen through that nonsense. His actions are uncalled for from my perspective. Personally I know cops get paid to go to court if they charge a person. Paid + some. Working around their court schedule of all their cases.

This person should have never been assured a badge. He does not have the mental make(he is a sicopath ,narrsasist,and a few other medical terms I cannot spell) him mental makeup make him untrustworthy in any law enforcement situation.

This officer is a disgrace to the men and women in blue.

This officer should be in jail. Tazing an old man trying to ask a simple question is inhumane and illegal. the women clearly was not intoxicated and her medical conditions were not properly taken into consideration. Fire and arrest the officer!

As a fellow law enforcement officer I uphold the constitutional rights of United States citizens and this officer is not one of us. He is a tyrant!! A true law enforcement officer is one who stands for truth and up hold the law to protect our citizens. He should serve jail time and banned from any law enforcement employment.
