We know that local residents want another local choice for grocery shopping here in Westhampton Beach. We're local too!! Last summer we did an extensive survey of Westhampton Beach residents and the response was a resounding "YES", that another choice is wanted - and needed.
Many of you leave town to do your grocery shopping in Hampton Bays or Riverhead. Wouldn't it be great to stay right here and shop on Riverhead Road? Please help us get a very simple change of zoning to allow for a 2nd supermarket for Westhampton Beach by signing our petition. We're handing it in to the Village Board at their September meeting.

Yes pleeease! so tired of empty shelves at the current market.
Sick of driving all the way to riverhead just for simple groceries. Just let us have another option already.
The traffic to get to the other stores is a nightmare during the summer. Why make it so hard for us to buy food?
About time! Westhampton needs this bad.
Dont understand why the board is fighting this. It makes way more sense to have a store right here in town where we actually live.
