Enough! Fix the roads. Focus on Walton Ferry/Main street. Bring business to the streets. Fix what what was left in a mess from previous Mayor and Alderman. Drainage.

This is outrageous!!! No one on the Walton Ferry/Sanders Ferry peninsula knows this crap is trying to get passed. Back door deals with shady people are being made and this will further clog up traffic on this already overdeveloped side of the lake. ENOUGH!!!!

There are two of us that think this area has ENOUGH high density housing with our already terrible traffic . You can’t pave (widen) Saudersferry road or Walton ferry for that matter.

There's no rhyme or reason this should even be on the table now or the future. This peninsula already can't handle the traffic it has now and neither can the city. If any of you politicians vote YES for this I can promise you come election time you WILL have competition and you WILL lose! It's time to take back our city!

We need infrastructure roads, schools, fire dept. side walks. High rises near the lake block us from enjoying our lake!

Hendersonville isn't the only city to build in. Try Portland, White House, Cross Plains etc.
Leave Hendersonville alone now.

If they can’t address the real concern of the impact this will have on the peninsula then it has no business being built.

This area simply cannot handle any addition development!! These roads are already too narrow and unsafe with the amount of people currently living around them.
