This will totally destroy our community!! I live 2 street from where this will go and the traffic now is horrible. It will ruin our family atmosphere. Please stop inserting things that belong down in Nashville and destroying our simplicity in Hendersonville!!

There should be no zoning variances approved for this development. We should also not allow skirting the law by adding gas station to the land count

This requires a rezoning, which means the Planning Commission's hands are NOT tied. They can refuse this.. the zoning committee can refuse this and if that does not happen, BOMA can vote to refuse this. It's not like they want to build what the land is zoned for. That would be hard to stop. But they are asking for the land to be rezoned. JUST SAY NO!

Already over crowded and traffic is already bad. Nice to have the paved road but we should have been in line for that without the development.
