Hendersonville is my hometown specifically that area of town and I am SICK of it being over developed especially when half of streets of Indian lake sits empty

The area has been built upon enough, the commercial projects and multifamily builds have made traffic a logistical pain as it is, we don't need more. Crime statistics have grown exponentially and this is NOT what residents of Hendersonville want. We don't want to be the next Madison or Goodlettsville area, and we are starting to look and feel like it.

I vote No on this development. Traffic is already a complete debacle at both intersections to come onto our peninsula (Sanders Ferry and Walton Ferry) and this dense development just adds to the problem.

In my humble opinion, the very LAST thing we need, on this, already congested peninsula, is a high rise. In fact, nowhere in Hendersonville would improve with high density living space. Please do not turn us into Nashville North.
