This peninsula is crowded enough. No need to add to it.

Why are you guys trying to make every area like indian lake? Keep local owned businesses safe and traffic low. This is absolutely ridiculous

I just recently moved to Hendersonville from East Nashville. I specifically wanted to live on the Sanders Ferry peninsula because I love the quietness and the older homes. My husband & I bought a split level home on Hickory Heights, and we love it so much. I would hate to see this monstrosity be built down the street when this is what we wanted to get away from in Nashville. The traffic turning left onto Sanders Ferry is already tricky. I can imagine adding a median and on street parking would make that turn so much worse.

Our small town feel is quickly fading and the charm of our city is disappearing. This development is hideous and would be completely out of place. If I wanted to see this, I’d move to Nashville.

No more apartments, townhouses and condos. Enough is enough. No more cars added to our outragous traffic.

This will invite nothing but more problems to our peninsula.

Not a good choice for this particular property.
