We do not need more traffic and that ugly ass building on this peninsula. I live on Sanders Ferry Rd and the traffic is bad now. Please do not make it even worse.

High density is destroying property values, increasing traffic, and overwhelming schools ! I guarantee tax rates will increase yet again with boards & councils enabling developers and land owners through zoning changes for the profit of a few and padding the pockets of elected and appointed rubber stampers !
