This is a terrible idea due to lack of infrastructure and and tit will destroy an otherwise quiet neighborhood.

Residents on this peninsula do NOT want this development! We already have too much building happening with overpopulation, worsening traffic, and increased increased crime in our area. Examples are the struggle of the trash company to keep up with the increasing number of households on the peninsula. Traffic as a whole in Hendersonville is a nightmare.

Stop the building in Hendersonville. Within a couple of miles of this location there are Towne homes going up in 2 spots. Roads and schools cannot handle this influx. Go build up in Portland or White House if you want Sumner county. Hendersonville is too crowded.
