Guests should still have to sign in, but are able to stay if the RAs and RD is notified. It addresses the issue of not knowing who is in the building because residents sneak guests in anyway.

This would be a great idea and if we are held to the same standard for programming events as other schools are, we should also have the same visitation rights allowing over night guests like these other schools.

I would agree with this movement. I believe each person should be able to make their own decisions. However I feel that if their are 24 hour visitation rules that no other people should be allowed in after a certain period of time but those that are in after the cut off point should be allowed to stay.
