West Birchwood Civic Association Members:

We would like to point your attention to a pressing issue facing our community. In the past year, our neighbor at 22 St. Lawrence Pl. has failed to care for the exterior of their property, including, but not limited to its' “Landscape maintenance”of regular watering, irrigation, cutting, pruning, mowing and removal of all weed growth (recently removed) that diminishes the value of surrounding properties as well as the aesthetics of our community.

The homeowners at 22 St. Lawrence Place have been contacted numerous times by the West Birchwood Civic Association as well as surrounding neighbors withlimited compliance or regard for others. This petition seeks a fair and equitable solution to the above mentioned neglect and strengthens the actions being taken by the West Birchwood Civic Association.

We, the undersigned, are the concerned residents of West Birchwood in Jericho, NY who urge the homeowners residing at 22 St. Lawrence Place to resolve the ongoing issues of their poorly maintained property by enclosing the rear part of their property in an WBCA approved fence in accordance with our community’s bylaws as well as properly landscape and maintain the viewable lawn within the front of their property.
