Amazing location for a coffee shop. I can’t believe this association is able to do this a small business owner. Unbelievable that this business owner did everything right and is being treated in this way.

This would be a valuable addition to the neighbourhood. A coffee shop is an excellent idea. Trying to stop it is simply sanctimonious nonsense, another way of keeping small businesses from thriving in this city.

ABC Residents Association creating brain damage once again for no reason other than self pleasure. Total misrepresentation of the neighbourhoods interest. This should be a case study re. why we cannot have such ‘Associations’ form deter development of this size.

I would love to see a coffee shop on this strip. This is a dead zone and retail shops in this area would be a great addition. Most people would be walking to this shop. Lots of condos and houses in the area. I fully support!
