I don't see the problem. There's parking on Avenue Road during legal times and I think a lot of her customers would be walking customers, including dog owners from the Ramsden off-leash dog park below her patio.

This is a barren part of Avenue abroad and desperately needs renewal. A coffee shop would be a terrific addition.

I pass by here nearly everyday on my way to work. It would be awesome to be able to pop in, grab a coffee and continue my walk to work #lehgo
