Minahal naming Alkalde Duterte,
Binabati po namin kayo sa inyong pagkapanalo sa nakaraang halalan. Bagaman kaming mga lumagda ng pagpapahayag ng suportang ito ay iba-iba ang binoto bilang pangulo sa nakaraang halalan, nagkakaisa po kami sa aming suporta sa inyong darating na administrasyon. Maasahan po ninyo ang aming pagsusumikap at pagtulong para sa ika-uunlad ng ating bayan, lalu na para sa mga kapwa Pilipino natin na nasa laylayan ng ating lipunan.
Nais po naming ipahayag ang aming taos-puso at matatag na pagsuporta sa sisimulang Senior High School ngayong Hunyo. Batid po namin ang maraming suliranin at mga hamon ang hinaharap ng programang ito, ngunit naniniwala po kami na maaring isa sa pinakamahalagang programa ito, kung maayos na maipapatupad, sa pagpapalawig at pagpapatatag ng isang bagong middle class sa ating bansa.
Nagsusumamo po kami na mabigyan ng inyo pong administrasyon ng pagkakataon ang programa ng Senior High School na masimulan, masubukan at mapabuti sa darating na tatlo hanggang limang taon.
Buo po ang aming pananalig na sa tamang pagpapasatupad ng programa, katuwang po ang mga komunidad na kinabibilangan ng mga Senior High School at ng mga mag-aaral nito, kasama ang iba’t ibang grupo ng pribadong sektor at ang pampublikong sektor, makapagtatatag po tayo ng mahuhusay na paaralan; mga paaralang maghahanda sa ating kabataan para sa mahusay na mga trabaho at maging mabuting mamamayan.
Makikipagtulungan po kami sa mga lokal na pamahalaan at sa mga sangay ng Kagawaran ng Edukasyon sa pagsisimula ng mga Senior High School sa kanilang mga lugar. Kami po ay mag-oorganisa pa ng mas marami mga grupo ng pribadong sektor para tulungan ang mas maraming komunidad na magkaroon ng mabuting mga Senior High School. Sa pamamagitan ng pagtutulungang ito nilalayon namin na magkaroon ng isang mahusay na modelo na maibabahagi sa maraming komunidad.
Pinapangako po namin ang aming tulong upang ang ating pampublikong edukasyon, lalu na ang Senior High School, ay maging isa sa mahalagang tagasulong ng patuloy na pag-unlad tungo sa higit na pantay-pantay na lipunan sa Pilipinas.
Nawa’y basbasan po ng Diyos kayo, ang ating mga kababayan at ang ating bansa.

Dear Mayor Duterte,
We congratulate you for your victory in the last elections. Although we, the signatories of this statement of support voted for different candidates in the past elections, we are one in our support for your coming administration. You can count on our efforts and help for the development of our nation, especially for our fellow Filipinos who are in the fringes of our society.
We wish to express our heartfelt and solid support for the Senior High School to be started this June. We are aware of the many problems and challenges the program faces, but we believe this is potentially one of the most important programs, if implemented properly, that will help broaden and strengthen a new middle class in our country.
We earnestly appeal that your administration will give a chance for the program of the Senior High School to be started, tried and improved for the next three to five years.
It is our firm conviction that with the correct implementation of the program, in partnership with the communities to which the Senior High Schools and their students belong, together with other private sector groups and the public sector, we can establish good schools; schools that will prepare our youth for good jobs and to be good citizens.
We will be working with local government units and division offices of the Department of Education to help start Senior High Schools in their locality. We will organize more private sector groups to help more communities to have good Senior High Schools. Through these partnerships we aim to come up with a viable model that we can share with many communities.
We commit our help to make public school education, especially the Senior High School, one of our key drivers for long-term development towards a more egalitarian Philippine society.

I have been hearing from so many educators and parents who are deeply worried about how this transition will actually work for our students. We are currently compiling their specific concerns to ensure that our message reaches the new administration with the clarity and urgency this program demands.

The response to this call for stability in our schools has been overwhelming and deeply moving. Seeing so many people recognize the potential of Senior High School gives me hope that we can truly build a better future for our students.

The reality of economic integration should compel us to pursue congruent policies. Investing on education should remain a top priority, as this will have implications on our future economic growth and competitiveness. The K-to-12 Program should be allowed to unfold and reap its desired outcomes.
We need to give the K to 12 program a chance. The education of our youth cannot be left lacking vis-a-vis global standards and hence the need for all the curriculum changes made by the program. And quite significantly, Senior High School ensures that our graduates are equipped with competencies and skills to be better prepared for college or immediate employment.

We must also upgrade the status of our teachers so they will be equipped with competitive and updated knowledge and skills. I believe that discipline lacks in our generation. Malaki ang maitutulong ng paaralan at mga guro para humubog ng mga disiplinado at marangal na mamamayan.
