Please do NOT give these dogs back to these horrible, disgusting people. Instead be the judge that does right by these dogs and finally takes a stand against Animal abuse! Make an example out of them!!!!

Ohio’s cruelty law [Ohio Rev. Code § 959.131(B)], states that cruelty to a companion animal is only a misdemeanor on first offense, and a "fifth-degree felony" for any subsequent offense(s).” These people have had past offenses and should be labeled felons for the rest of their lives after this incident. Goddard’s Law was implemented to protect companion animals and our law should enforce this. These offenders should also not be allowed to own companion animals again. Leaving 21 dogs in an apartment in cages, living in their own feces and urine, with no circulation, skin issues, eye issues and no socialization is unacceptable. Please do the right thing and allow Rescue to assist with rehabilitation, foster and adoption of these animals.

They do not deserve a second chance as owners. These animals DO deserve a second chance with loving, caring foster homes.

These dogs are amazing creatures when cared for and trained properly, let them have a chance at finding a responsible family that can grant them a proper future. That will not be possible if they are given back to negligent and irresponsible people.
