These people have subjected the Corso's to horrendous physical and mental neglect at the expense of making a buck. AND this is NOT their first time at being caught. Please set precedent this type of abuse will not be tolerated in your District. I implore you to use your legal authority to protect these innocent creatures whose humans have failed. Please!

This breed has become a cash cow for backyard breeders. The breed's health and welfare is suffering because of this and they are getting a bad reputation. In the right hands, they are a wonderful breed. Preservation breeders strive to have the right environment for their pups, screen their homes, have contracts that the dogs must come back to them if things don't work out. This was an individual who managed to get dogs from folks who didn't check him out and used them for profit. Responsible breeders NEVER make a profit. They're lucky if they break even.
