Please sign our petition to make Bellevue Road 20mph
Bellevue Road has not been included in the blanket 20 mph zone across the borough because it is a TFL bus route and a recognised feeder road (B229) connecting Wimbledon to Clapham South. However, from speaking to residents, many feel that the road between the popular shopping parade and Wandsworth Common should be made as safe as possible for families. So, Nightingale councillors (Richard Field, Ian Hart and Sarah McDermott) have arranged this petition to request that Council includes Bellevue Road in the 20 mph scheme after all

It's a road that many young families cross to get from the common to the shops. 20mph would be far more suitable than 30. Thank you for setting up this petition.
