This fee was supposed to be a one time fee which was charged in Spring 2019. I believe Mercy College was aware that we paid this and now we are being charged this fee again for our Nursing Certification Exam.

It is absurd that despite students providing receipts of already having paid a nursing exam fee, that Mercy College ignore our concerns and not remove the charge from our accounts!

It is extremely unfair that we would have to pay for an exam software we already have access too because we already payed for it! In addition it seems our concerns are ignored and no one is willing to negotiate. This is showing our student body, former CNR students that there was never any true concern for us. To mercy college we are not seen as students, we are seen as dollar signs!

I think this is truly unfair that this charge is being thrown on the students after it has been made clear that these fees were paid at the beginning of the semester. There has been many changes since the switch from College of New Rochelle to Mercy College, and over sights are possible. However, if we have proof that the payments were already made, what is the rationale for charging us twice. This issue should not be ignored.

I Tyffany Deterville will like to request a refund for the one time fee for nursing program as a transfer student from Cnr to mercy college. I find it inconvenient to have to pay a fee to mercy institution as a transfer student due to my school closing. I will be seeking legal action against mercy college for the following fee. It is not my fault that the president of CNR was sneaking bills under her sleeve leading us to bankruptcy. You guys cause huge problems and the students always have to face every single consequence for YOUR actions. Cut it out.
