From the PA Constitution,
§ 21. Right to bear arms.
The right of the citizens to bear arms in defense of themselves and the State shall not be questioned.
§ 6111.4. Registration of firearms.
Notwithstanding any section of this chapter to the contrary, nothing in this chapter shall be construed to allow any government or law enforcement agency or any agent thereof to create, maintain or operate any registry of firearm ownership within this Commonwealth. For the purposes of this section only, the term "firearm" shall include any weapon that is designed to or may readily be converted to expel any projectile by the action of an explosive or the frame or receiver of any such weapon.

It’s not the law abiding citizens that are committing the crimes. Why should we have to pay, deal with red tape, and give up our privacy and rights because of criminals. I bear arms to protect myself from them.

I strongly believe that our 2nd Amendment right ensures the preservation of our Republic by allowing the law abiding citizens to be armed that will prevent tyranny of any kind from threatening our way of life as the founders of our country warned us about when they drafted this Constitution.

Second amendment rights are as they are, period! Ignore all laws against it!
