2019 Pennsylvania Right To Keep And Bear Arms Petition

What statute, law, etc is this petition referencing that is attempting to violate the 2nd amendment? All I am seeing here is that our rights are being violated, blah blah blah. What specifically is proposing the violation? Is this just some internet propaganda to get everyone all riled up and defensive or is there an actual legal movement happening here?

This is unacceptable because of the bill of rights the constitution and the state constitution I will not comply with this bill

Non violent felons should be able to protect themselves, I should be able to SBR SBS without ATF, construction carrying everywhere in the USA

The Pennsylvania State Constitution specifically protects the rights of Pennsylvania citizens to keep and bear arms. It is also illegal to create a gun registry as PA Law prevents this

This legislation is unconstitutional to the United States as well as violates Pennsylvania law and the Constitution of Pennsylvania. These feel good laws are nothing more than an attempt to reverse the 2nd amendment which protects all of our God given rights as an American. Those rights were given to us a very long time ago by people far more intelligent than those currently in office knowing one day these unalienable rights would be threatened by the very people in office today. This bill has absolutely nothing to do with public safety and everything to do with disarming it's citizens stripping them of their right to protect and defend what is theirs. This legislation is disgusting on every level and should not pass. Any member that votes in favor will be remembered on election day and will be voted against.

We have the right to protect our family and possessions, do not take that right away from us!!!!!
