I am a U.S. citizen, a lifelong resident of Pennsylvania, a retired litigation attorney, trained to shoot both rifles and handguns by experienced firearm instructors from the NRA and the APD, licensed to carry a concealed weapon, registered for the draft, and registered with the U.S. Department of Civilian Marksmanship as a sharpshooter. I am a strong supporter of the Constitutions of both the United States and Pennsylvania, including the Second Amendment. Benjamin Franklin is quoted as saying, "Those who would give up essential Liberty, to purchase a little temporary Safety, deserve neither Liberty nor Safety." I believe he was right and that this is still true.
