This man should never get out of prison, he didn't show the officer any mercy, so he should not get any mercy, life is the rest of his life.

This man has taken not only this deputy's life, but the communitys right to live in a safe area. His release, would only put the people in possible danger. He has taken a life that cannot be replace, therfore he needs to serve his full sentence.

I knew Deputy John Janey and found him to be a truly good man as well as law enforcement officer. For anyone who is sick enough to put a bullet into the head of a man who has already been shot twice and down on the ground and then feels it necessary to shoot him a third time in the head doesn't deserve parole. This individual should be incarcerated for life and should have never been given an option for parole to begin with. Please do not free this man!
